Red Dirt LakeFest FAQs
First time attending Red Dirt LakeFest and have a few questions or are you a veteran with questions about the new location? What follow are some of the questions most frequently asked about the event.
Q. Can we bring our own beverages?
A. Yes! One of the great things about Red Dirt LakeFest is that this is a BYOB event, so you can bring your own beverages to any of the shows. We just ask that you only bring aluminum or plastic bottles/containers to the events. Glass is not allowed, but jello shots are welcomed.
Q. Who are the artists performing this year?
A. The 2017 Red Dirt LakeFest lineup has been finalized! This year's artists include: Bad News Band, Ben McKenzie, Brandon Jenkins, Dylan Stewart, Elaina Kay, Evan Webb and the Rural Route Ramblers, Jesse Harris, Kyle Carter's Sunday Night Revival, Mike McClure, The Newkirks, Porter Union, Rex Pryor and Zac Wilkerson. Q. I already have a place at the lake so I don't need a cabin, can I buy just tickets for the shows?
A. Yes! You can purchase a 3-day event tickets if you already have lodging secured. Tickets are $150 until the start of the event. There will be a limited offering of tickets, so get yours before they sell-out!
Q. Will single-day tickets be available?
A. No. We are currently not offering single-day tickets for Red Dirt LakeFest. Tickets are available as a 3-day event ticket only.
Q. Is tent camping allowed?
A. Maybe. A few "primitive tent sites" may be offered after all of the on-site cabins have been reserved.
Q. Can I bring my pets?
A. Unfortunately, no. The resort has a strict "No Pet" policy, so Fido has to stay home.
Q. Is there an age limit?
A. No, there is no age limit to attend Red Dirt LakeFest, the event is fun for kids and adults of all ages. Kids over 10-years of age must also have an event ticket.
Q. Will there be food vendors on-site at Red Dirt LakeFest?
A. No, there will not be food vendors at Red Dirt LakeFest. All cabins come with a full kitchen, all the more reason to reserve a cabin today! Don't feel like cooking? There are restaurants nearby within 2 - 3 miles from Bass Point Resort.
